Continuous reboot after installing WK hard drive upgrade

TiVo series 3 HD which I just installed a hard drive upgrade from Weaknees, keeps rebooting after the screen reads "powerig up"; it gets no further.

Tried to pull cable cards and reboot, but no change.

Suggestions???

Can you post your order number and exact TiVo model number?

Order number 850302 and the best I could make out, the model number is: TCD648250B

I called support and they (kinda dick-ishly) pointed out that I ordered the hard drive for the TiVo HD rather than the Series 3. Got RMA and will pay the 15% stupid tax, plus shipping.
On a more positive note, packaging, instructions, tools, etc. on the drive I did get were most excellent and foolproof - so long as you order the right drive. ;-)
