TIVo TCD240040 - Need help fixing sound etc.

I have a TCD240040. I replaced the power supply and it seems to work now. However:
1. When I start up the TIVO it keeps giving me message #60. It says that the program info has run out. I start it up and the message is the same again. What should I do next? I have a life time program.
2. I could watch regular TV prior to hooking up the fixed TIVO, but now I can not switch between the TIVO and the regular TV. Not sure what do do next.
3. I have no sound at all.

I appreciate any help.

1. What happens when you try to connect to the tivo service or dial in?
2. This sounds like a setup problem.
3. This could be a wiring/setup problem. I'd triple check your connections.
