dtv hd mpeg 4 on hr10-250

Are we going to be able to use the hr10-250 with the new mpeg4 hd format that dtv is supposed to go to? I heard that they are going to take ALL (not just the locals) of their hd broadcast to the mpeg4 format eventually. Will we be able to recieve those in the future? I hope someone is going to figure out andupdate or upgrade so we can still use these great recievers to recieve and record hd in the future, does anyone know before I upgrade my drive space ect....

The Hr10-250 does not, and won't in the future, support MPEG4 broadcasts. Many HR10-250 lovers are simply running a second unit that gets the MPEG4 broadcasts, and are using that second unit only when they have to.
