hr10-250 freezinf aand pixing

Hello I have a hr10-250 and it recently began dropping the sat signals from both a and b in. I have of course trouble shot it to heck and it still is doing it. I took the dvr to another room and had a good solid signal with no pixalating although I only left it hooked up for about 15 mins. I took it back to its location and it began to do it again. I have checked my connections and I am thinking it it the multiswitch any thoughts?

The multiswitch or the cable lines certainly seem like the most likely culprit. Although if it were me, I'd leave the TiVo in the alternate location a bit longer to be sure. And I might even move another unit into the trouble position to see if it duplicates.
