TiVo Premiere reboot,reboot,reboot

My Premiere I bought in May is rebooting about every 15-30 minutes, I did the card removal and reinstall with and without external ant connected, So far no help. On the last step it connects to Tivo via wireless, then gives me a SO3 fatal error. As of 9:30 CDT Sun. 17 Oct I am dead in the water. NO TIVO. Local channels only and that suxs.

It sounds like you might have a bad drive, but you can do a drive test from within the TiVo by following the kickstart 54 test here:
