Tivo IR not changing channels on my Phillips DSX-5500 Satelite box

Just got our TiVo series II back today from weaKnees and everything works except TiVo's IR control of the satellite box. I contacted TiVo support to ensure I had proper IR codes as well. This is the same box we used with TiVo before the repair so I am pretty confident that it is not a compatibility issue. The hard drive and power supply were replaced in the TiVo repair. Any tricks we don't know about?

Could the IR blaster be plugged into the wrong port on the back of the TiVo?
