My video intermittently goes to black screen. Sometimes can hear audio. When video comes back I can rewind and see the program fine. What do I need to do.

Is it repeatable? If you go back to that segment, does it happen again?

It is not repeatable. The screen will be black for a period of time....sometimes several minutes......I can hear audio or pieces of audio.....happens on all stations. When video comes back, I can rewind and see entire program with audio and video. Shutting down and restarting does not help. You seem to have to just wait to have the video come back.

Could it be the TV then? Maybe it has an HDMI problem? Or a bad cable?Been here a long time . . .Comment
