I thought I had a bad hard drive in my Series 3 Tivo, reboots and freezes, so I ordered a replacement from you in May. I followed the instructions but when I try to start up from the new drive all I get is the "Almost there, a few more minutes..." screen. I had to shelve the Tivo for the summer and relied on my other Tivo HD. At the end of the summer the HD started doing the same thing so I replaced the hard drive. The new season was getting ready to kick off so I decided to get the Series 3 back up so I ordered a new Power Supply from you and it hasn't solved anything, I'm still getting to the same spot and not progressing, any ideas?
