cable channel change not taking

Tivo HD XL with a cable card from Time Warner Cable. Local TWC recently changed channel 936 to 318. While the Tivo tunes and receives 318 normally, its guide is still showing information for 936, and no information for 318. Therefore, anything I want to record on 318 has to be done by date/time rather than by program. Additional information: I also have a TWC cable box. It shows 318 programming correctly, with 936 as an invalid channel.

How can I get this fixed?

Have you tried redoing Guided Setup? Otherwise, you might need to contact TiVo to have them remap the channel lineup.
