My mother-in-law has two receivers from DirecTV. One is the R10 (TiVo) and the other is the DirectTV DVR (the R15?). Anyway, a while back the Peanut remote quit working, so DTV sent a white remote as a replacement. It works fine, but now we need to reset the system. The problem is that the white remote doesn't have the thumbs up/thumbs down buttons that are necessary to reset the system. Is there another way to reset it or will she have to buy a Peanut remote somewhere? Thanks in advance for the help!
