non-working series 2 80-hour TiVo with lifetime service

It suddenly stopped working recently.

I went through some pages here. It looks like a hard disk problem or power supply problem.

But I really don't want to go through the hassle or repair this old unit.

Any body interested in making an offer?

Please define 'stopped working'. What does/does not work, or is it totally dead?
