Earlier this week, I noticed that the power light on my Tivo HD wasn't on. Further investigation revealed that while the (stock) hard drive was spinning, the fan was not. No lights on the front, no video signal.

I just installled my replacement P/S from weaknees, but I'm seeing the same behavior.

I guess the logic board is bad? Is there anything else I can do besides replacing the whole thing? My unit out of warranty, but has Lifetime service. I'd hate to have to buy the "lifetime" service again (for the 3rd time.).
