I just received a vantec double ball bearing fan to replace my fan in my Sony SVR-3000. The replacement conveinently did not come with instructions and I can't figure out how to connect the fan to the power source - the original fan plugged in right to the motherboard - this new fan does not fit

The instructions are on the web page where you ordered the fan:

You get power to the fan using the drive power connector.
