HI, I've been having trouble with my Tivo HDXL. Unit would reboot every 23 minutes when trying to do service update. Went to tivo customer support where I learned of the kickstart 54. Started it yesterday afternoon. It's still running. When it started the screen was black. Went through the first 4 tests with no problem. Estimated time for the fifth test was 350 minutes. Now I'm at 785 minutes. That's about 13 hours for one test. Sometime, over night in the middle of this test, background screen went from black to pink. Does this mean anything??? Should I terminate the test or wait and see how long it will go for? I know the HDXL has a sizable hard drive, but 13 hours???? Any help is greatly appreciated.
