Tivo is not responding...

I had a message on my TV saying "a few more minutes". I tunred everything off after a while, unplugged all and tried to reboot. The Tivo is not responding at all. I replaced the batteries in the remote and reset it (Tivo button and pause plus 0). That did nothing. I can't see a light inside the Tivo and it seems the fan is not running. I have a Tivo2DVR-TCD240040 4/24/04. Please help.

That sounds like a failed power supply. We have replacements here:
