I have had my Premiere XL for about a week and a half. About every other day it freezes up when using the interface. The only way to clear this is to unplug the unit and then plug it back in. Any thoughts on how to prevent this? It has gotten to where I am afraid to press the Tivo button.

Have you tried to run a kickstart 54 test to see how the drive is?

This is an update to my earlier post. After posting this message I read on another site that you could get past a freeze by pushing the thumbs down button, then the thumbs up button and then the play button twice. This did work and I was able to bypass unplugging the box to get it working again. I do not know why, but I have not had a freeze up sinceComment
