I unplugged my Tivo box. When I turned it back on, after a short period of time the screen is scrolling at a diagonal. I've disconnected the tivo to make sure it wasn't my tivo. The scrolling almost looks like a "tea cup" ride at Disneyland. It scrolls one way, then circles around to scroll the other.

I can only recommend our flat fee repair option with those symptoms - and it's probably only worthwhile if you have TiVo lifetime service:
