A bad TiVo week for me...I just ordered a replacement hard drive for my dead Humax hard drive two days ago, and now I'm having problems with my only other TiVo. I also have a Sony SVR-2000. Last night, I manually had TiVo call to get more data as I only had one more day of programming left (external modem issues--separate problem). I checked it today to make sure it completed, and found that it was stuck on "Loading Data--Phone not connected", about 20 hours after making the call. Usually it give a percentage while loading data, but not now. I can't make another call, as it thinks it is still in the process of updating, but obviously it's now stuck. I haven't force a reboot, in case there is something I can do to salvage the data that apparently was successfully downloaded, but not loaded into the system.

Any thoughts on what I should do next?
