RCA DirecTV Tivo - fan but no lights, or anything else...

Just like the title said, the fan is running but the power light on our RCA DirecTV Tivo isn't on, and we're getting no output from it.

My wife was getting the stuttering picture, then unplugged the unit. Plugged back in, we get the symptoms above.

Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you should try a new power supply, see:
