Pioneer DVR-810h

Looking for help. My 810 displays the "Welcome! Powering Up" grey screen and does nothing else. None of the front lights come on, the open/close CD door does not work. Do you think this is hard drive related or bad motherboard? Looking for suggestions.

I'd recommend that you try a drive first.
