Dual tuner only sees channels 0-99

Just bought a dual tuner Tivo but it won't go up beyond channel 99. Am I cabled wrong or is it a setting in the Tivo somewhere?

Also how do you watch the normal cable channels 0-99 while recording the higher channels? 99-999

Sounds like you only set it up for RF input, and not also with your cable box. Try re-doing Guided Setup and be sure to set up both tuners carefully.
