SRV2000 Problem - Unit in standby

Having problem with my series 1 unit making calls out. In trying to determine what the problem was (which I now believe is a bad modem), I put the unit into standby. Well, the remote I have (Sony RMT-V303) - the power buttons don't work for the Tivo or TV. So I can't get the unit out of Standby. Any suggestions?

Try pressing the TiVo button on top.

Neither of the green power buttons work on the remote (TV or TIVO)

I'd suggest that you pull the plug and restart the TiVo.

Powering does not work. The unit remembers it's last state it was in.

I was finally able to get it out of standby. I managed to repair my remote and get the power buttons to work again. Now I just need to fix the modem problems. I'll search through the posts for answers. Thanks for the help.
