Poor recording quality on my Tivo

Just posted another thread about compatibility issues with Comcast, but I am also having problems with poor recording quality on my 5 or 6 year old Tivo. Even on Best Quality, the recordings are fuzzy looking. Is my tuner crapping out on me and can it be replaced? I already replaced the hard drive due to the original one dying.

We rarely see a tuner degrade, but if it happens, we can fix it. That type of motherboard repair would be here:
