Well as you can tell I'm new to this forum, but I've got a problem.

I have a Tivo TCD24004A which is on the Interactive upgrade page. Problem is, I need to recover the original drive back to factory. I don't have a backup and really don't know where to get one. I tried using that linux cd thing from this site, but it can't find the backup when you tell it to go to /mnt/backup.bak /dev/sdZ

I know this is adjustable as for the backup file name but am lost past that. Can someone tell me step by step how to do this?
