> This is a new unit and has never been activated. When I did the Normal Guide setup. It will dial in and when its done it askes me about the dial in number and then goes back to Normal Guide setup. I've tried 3 or 4 times and it keeps on taking me back to the beging normal setup. Anybody know why or what could be wrong?

Does it fully reboot when that happens, or just revert to the beginning of the guide?
Has it really never been used before? It's got to be eight years old.Been here a long time . . . -
you are right it does go back to the start up and then to the guided setup. and yes it is new out of the box. a friend won it from a business where it must of sat for years.Comment
