Tuner or Hard Drive Issue?

One of my Series 2 dual tuner units is giving me headaches! When I try to watch live tv, the picture freezes/skips along with the sound. Ive tried to record one show and watch another and when I do that, one tuner skips and the other one is fine. When I transfer programs from my other tivo units into this one and play the transferred recordings, they play as normal. Any suggestions? If this is a tuner issue, how would I resolve it? Any help is appreciated!!!!

When you have pixellation and rewind, does the pixellation occur in the same spots repeatedly, or is it random?

no pixilation

When I rewind, I don't think I've ever noticed pixilation, the picture, while in live tv just freezes along with sound and also skips.

Live TV is being played off of the hard drive. You might best off with this:
