I'm logging this here rather than contact you directly, because of the instructions in my upgrade email. My order number was #707608.
Prior to sending my TiVO HD in for a drive replacement, I was not experiencing this trouble. I also do not believe it is my cable provider.
On occasion, enough to be bothersome and ruin some shows, but not consistent with certain channels or times, and definitely intermittent, I have very bad pixelation, pixel drag, and audio drop-outs. Any suggestions? Again, its occurrence is directly correlated with my recent upgrade.
