guide button doesn't work on remote

hello,
I have a toshiba rstx20 dvr that I have replaced the hard drive in last year (bought from you) and it has worked great until now. I am using the factory remote still and all of the sudden the live TV/Guide button does not bring up my guide like it used to. It now just brings up the header.
Please help if possible.

If just brings up the channel banner, you mean?

I really haven't seen that. Exactly what software version does your unit have currently?

Been here a long time . . .

software version 9.3.2-01-2-565
and yes, it only brings up the current channel heading that i am on. it used to bring up the guide/schedule.
