Basic questions about Tivo stand-alone & MRV

I currently have DirecTivo's but I'm planning on going back to cable. Can I buy any stand-alone Tivos that will have most of the features I enjoy with my DirecTivo series 2 boxes? I mostly want the ability to manage via the web and multi-room-viewing, but want something as similar as I can get.
What stand-alone Tivos would I have an option with (if any)?

All Series2 and Series3 units for cable can do MRV and web scheduling.

As far as being like your DirecTV units, the Series3 units use CableCARDs so they don't need a separate cable box. This also means that they can record two shows at once.

Several of our customers have purchased Series3 units to use without HD just because of the level of integration with CableCARDs and the obviation of the cable box.
