  • HD10-250 Died!

I bought two of these units from you when they first became available and am limping along with only one now.
This may be a heat related problem, it was mounted in an enclosed space with mimimal venting above my Amplifier.
When I plug it in, the power light and 480i light come on, then the red record light comes on in about 30 sec. Less than 1 minuite later the power and record light go out. I can hear some sounds during this process, but don't think it's the fan.
I was planning on sending you one of these units for a big hard drive soon anyway, can you repair this unit and upgrade it too?

The Samsung is connected to my DVD, and it works fine. I don't think its the amp. so I can't see how another connection would change the cycle to shut down that I described.
Micheal, sent you and e-mail, think I will let you guys figure it out.
