when almost through guided setup, my TIVO freezes and reboots starting the guided setup process all over again. It is essentially stuck in an infinite guided set up loop. As it take a long time to go almost all of the way through guided setup, it is a real bummer to see it freeze and reboot after teaching it how to control the cable box. This is the same problem I saw before I sent it to be repaired. My TiVo is plugged into a UPS and all of the connections go through the UPS's surge protection circuit. I have Verizon FIOS with a Motorolla cable box and 540 model series 2 unit. What am I doing wrong?
