Time Warner just implemented a new cable lineup in SW Ohio, and I am not receiving any program information, and several channels are missing from my lineup. They replaced my tunining adapter, and replaced my 2 cable cards with a single multi-stream card, but they are clueless on why I do not have all the cable channels. I have rebooted the TiVo, and have tried to reload the channels, but it is not updating my program guides. The channels that I have are correct, and I am receiving the channels ok, but all my program information says to be announced. What is TiVo actually connecting to when it retrieves channel and programming information? Does Time Warner need to send updated info somewhere for TiVo to access?

Time Warner Theme Based Lineup
I reloaded the data before TW replaced my cable card and tuning adapter, and after the replacement, we had to do everything from scratch, and I have even reloaded the channels, and forced reconnection at least 3 times since. Still no program info. Since I posted the question, I visited support at TiVo, and forwarded them information concerning missing lineup information. There was mention of a Trib Media Service where TiVo gets it's info. I assume TiVo will contact Time Warner since they asked for their phone number??
