Dead TiVo drive - Now what?

After a power outtage yesterday my Series 2 TiVo is stuck on the POWERING UP...Please Wait screen. Tried unplugging and all that. Nada.

So, figuring this is a dead drive (it's been around for a while) I have a replacement drive but where do I get the TiVo software to load on it?

Also, if the old drives spin up is there any chance I can transfer the saved movies, etc to the new drive?

It's doubtful that you can recover your saved movies at this point.
