After a poser failure during the night I woke to discover that the TIVO model TCD54040 displays a picture but it has bars running through the picture and the picture is too large, scrambled etc. Like a picture that has lost the vertical sync. I have rebooted to no avail and have connected the TIVO to another TV to be sure the problem is not the TV.
I have a life membership on this unit and have upgraded the Hard Drive a while back. I would like to keep this unit working to keep the life membership and not have to buy another one.
Suggestions? Power Supply?, Return unit for repair to Weaknees?
