hello..we have been using a tivo for a few years now..we have gotten 2 so far over time..the problem we have is when we record shows and then watch them..the sound is very low..we have it turned all the way up to 63 ..the highest number it will go with the remote control...and still we strain to hear a lot of the words being said..when watching a show thru tivo that is not recorded the sound is loud like it should be..does anyone have any answers to this problem
