Broke mounting screw

While installing the new hard drive to the mounting bracket, I over screwed one of the 4 mounting screws and broke the head off the screw.

The other 3 are fine and I installed the drive. Everything works.

Question:

Is this acceptable or should I get a new screw and install it in the center hole?

Where do I buy a single screw?

You could probably get away with only 3, but the screws are standard drive-mounting screws. Metric, I believe.

Any hardware store should have it - just bring another to have them match it.

Been here a long time . . .
