My hughes Directv tivo was showing signs of HD failure, so I ordered a 160 GB replacement. This would be my third WK upgrade to include dual drives, fans and single drive upgrades.
Installed the new drive and tivo stuck on "powering up" put the old drive back in and the tivo booted to live TV. Repeated this two more times with the same result. Any suggestions on what I might look at before I declare the new drive officially dead?
Thanks from Ocklawaha, fl
