I have a 540 Series 2, and I upgraded it last night using the Weaknees LBA boot cd. I took out an 80GB, and put in a 200GB instead.

I've been reading a ton of the posts on this forum, and it seems there are a lot of people that did something similar that have run into problems they didn't expect.

So my question is this: The System Info screen shows that I have up to 219 hours available, the mfstools transfer succeeded and showed no errors with the full size used, and everything is working beautifully. I saw a couple other posts on here where they said something similar, but then noted that their TiVo would not record more than 24hrs or something...

Knowing what you know about how my upgrade went, and what the TiVo is telling me is available, is there any chance that mine will experience similar issues, or does everything indicate that mine should be fine?

I only ask, because it's going to take a week to fill the first 24hrs, and I'd rather not lose all those recordings, etc., if I can check something and fix it in advance.
