Just bought this series 3 fancy tivo from you in Nov.
It seems to be having a few issues. The video freezes periodically, sound cuts out.
And I've noticed when we are trying to watch one high def show while it records two others, it gets stuck sometimes. Doing the same thing freezes up a little bit then stops, I press the tivo button, I see the orange button light up on the front, but nothing happens.
Press the tivo button about 10 more times, and then the tivo reboots.
So - is it the two cable cards? The hard drive failing already? Or just dont watch anything while it is recording other high def shows.
I appreciate any thoughts that people have.
