Help - No access to Guide menu using remote(s)

Instead of accessing the guide screen (DTv) when using a remote, my 1.5 yr old hr-10 has started switching between the dual tuners. Since both remotes do this I assume that the problem is in the tivo unit (software?) and not the remotes.
Has anyone experienced this or know how to resolve? I have already rebooted the unit but with no luck.

Try Re entering the code on the remote. Sometimes a different code for that unit's remote will work.My DTV universal would do that and after getting a new one from DTV I noticed an additional code for my receiver. That actually fixed that same problems on both remotes.
