Tivo rebooting & OTA - affects Directv box as well?

Having just read that sometimes a Series 3 with an OTA might sometimes reboot, I wonder if the same thing happens to the older Tivo-based Directv HR10-250? I have had a recurring reboot problem and would at least try unplugging the OTA if there was reason to believe it would help.
