RCA DVR80 Picture Freezing.

Recently the picture on my 4+ year old Directv Tivo has started to freeze. It only happens once or twice a week and starts working again after a reboot. I know this is probably the hard drive going to fail eventually. If this is the problem, do you think that if I sent the dvr in that you would be able to get the recorded programs transferred to a new hard drive?

If you do indeed have a bad drive, then data recovery is hit or miss and not guaranteed. You can order the copy service if you want, but unfortunately we don't refund any of the copy price if we are unable to move your data.
