Tivo Series 2 front sensor not working

I just replaced my HD and am at the welcome press select to begin, only Nothing lights up on the tivo when I use the remote. Remote works fine even changed the batteries. Reset the remote, but still nothing. Any Ideas?

You likely dislodged the front panel ribbon cable when you did the upgrade. Contact us if you need assistance in getting it repaired.
