My series 2, purchased new from you in aug 08, has recently started to freeze up, screen goes blank and then reboot, welcome screen, etc. After reboot, everything is fine for a short period of time; then it all starts over again. Time between reboots varies. All worked great untill about 4 days ago except an occasional TIVO channel listing popping up on the hour. [same channel every time]. After everything is back to normal, I can hear the hardrive clicking fast and see the red light [dimly] in unison with the clicking untill just before the reboot, then no more clicking or red light. Whats next????

ur site says to go to manufacturer for warranty resolution.
Humax says their (NEW) units come with a 90 DAY warranty. My model T2500 that I purchased from YOU has a manufactured date of 13 OCT 04. I bought this unit on 08-21-2008 from YOUR website listed as NEW and supposedly with a 1 (ONE) YEAR WARRANTY. The unit is now defective, probably the hard drive, because I have done everything THEIR support people have told me to do and it still fails to function.
Humax told me that they DO NOT SUPPORT UNITS SOLD BY weaKnees. !!!!!!!!
