If you are using an HD TiVo with Netflix and are having problems (reboots, freezing, etc.), be aware that any network problems (eg. loss of network connectivity) while watching a Netflix video, your DVR can become unresponsive and all sorts of problems can ensue.
If your DVR freezes, the only solution is to reboot it (pull the plug, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.)
When you plug it back in, you MUST MUST have network connectivity going to the TiVo. Otherwise, the TiVo will not boot.
If your boot takes a long time, you probably don't have a viable or currently working network connection.
TiVo is working on the problem, but for now, that's the solution.
