HD TiVo not connecting to TiVo service

So I'm having problems getting my TiVo to work right. It used to work fine, but now it wont show any guide information and I cant record shows. This message keeps popping up that says my TiVo HD DVR has no more program information and its not successfully connected to the TiVo service. Well, I had my modem reset, restarted my TiVo, and reconnected to the TiVo service. And my account info is in good standing. What am I not doing? Please help!!

If your calls / connections are succeeding, then you may want to go through guided setup again. It is possible that your cable lineup changed.
