Tivo HD to two TV's

I purchased a Tivo HD for my home theater. My Wife likes it so much that she wants one too. Instead of buying another one, can I use another output to sent the signal to another TV? I can run a additional IR repeater to the other TV and use my spare Tivo remote. But what is the easiest way to sent the signal? I realize we can't use it at the same time.
Please advise

If you run wires, you can have the TiVo output to two TVs...but it will output the same thing. To have your remote work from one room to another, you want this:
