Stuck Disk

After inserting a home computer burned dvd (mpeg) I cant get the disk to eject and TIVO keeps re-booting. I have disconnected the power at the wall and at the unit with no fix. I really dont want to pry the door open unless I have to. Any solutions?

About a three year modle 2 I think, it a Humax

Try powering off the TiVo and when you power it back on, hold the TiVo button down on your remote.

Alternatively, if you pry open the door, you can access the eject button.
