Hi,
I just purchased a brand new HDXL from a private party the other day, and it will not go past the Welcome screen. I have nothing hooked up to the Tivo, other than an HDMI, cable in, and power cable. I have unplugged the unit for 15+ seconds, plugged it back in with no results. Even left it on the "Welcome" screen for a few hours.

I'm basically stuck with this machine with no warranty. I'm a Tivo newbie and it's just disappointing. What are my options at this point?

Any help would be great. Thanks!
