I finally went High Def and boy am I disappointed. I love the picture quality, but nobody can get my TiVos to work with the Motorola CableCards that Cox Cable of Hampton Roads is providng. We have logged many hours of configuration and troubleshooting, but it seems like the folks at the Cox cable office just don't know how to make their Multi-stream cards pair with my TiVos. I could go on and on about the many things we have tried, including going with the rumor that the CableCard must be an 07 Rev. and not an 08. We actually had one 07 card paired with the low cap HD unit for a few days, but the XL never paired up. TiVo Hotline told me to try swapping the CableCards between the 2 TiVos and neither has worked since, with any number of different CableCards being tried. HELP!!! Any ideas? Thanks BT
